On 26 November 2025, the National Skills Fund’s (NSF) ICT and Analytics Directorate hosted its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Change Agent Network (CAN) Champs in-person bi-weekly session at Tshwane South TVET College, Centurion Campus. The session brought together CAN Champs representatives from across the entire entity along with key stakeholders, forming a crucial part of the NSF’s ongoing post–Go-Live support and Phase 2 readiness. The aim was to ensure that all users are fully equipped to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of the ERP system.

The session highlighted the importance of regional user readiness, data validation, and clarity of user roles in preparation for Phase 2 that will commence in January 2026. Key considerations of Change Management Focus Areas that included:
- Reinforcing ERP visibility and communication across all regions
- Driving user adoption through consistent messaging, Change Champion engagement, and feedback loops
- Supporting behavioural readiness for new, system-driven processes
- Encouraging CAN Champs to promote success stories and readiness insights
These bi-weekly sessions remain a cornerstone of the NSF’s commitment to continuous improvement, building user competence, and ensuring seamless ERP adoption. They empower CAN Champs to manage system processes confidently, troubleshoot challenges, and prepare for the successful rollout of Phase 2.

In his remarks, Mr. Chaza emphasised that the relevant CAN Champs staff will be required during the December holiday period, 17 December 2025 – 05 January 2026, to support ongoing testing, data validation, configuration, and system integration activities. User testing will focus on workflow validation, approvals, document uploads, process navigation, and data accuracy to strengthen system readiness ahead of Phase 2.
Mr. Chaza also expressed appreciation for the dedication and operational support provided by all CAN Champs. The NSF remains committed to equipping its staff and stakeholders with the tools, skills, and knowledge necessary to fully harness the capabilities of the ERP system promoting transparency, efficiency, and service excellence.
